Here's the teaser trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. The dudes at Infinity Ward have made a set of region specific trailers; Germany, France, America etc. I'm guessing these location represent different mission locations in the final game. As usually not much is given away in the 1st slew of trailers but there's a little to analyze till your hearts content.
